Where should I book my hotel/accommodations?

There is a discounted rate available at America's Best Value Inn. Use code G251804S to access the discounted rate. You must call the hotel directly at 845-255-8865 ext. 0 to book. The discounted rate is not available via online booking. This rate is available for both Friday and Saturday but a 2 night stay is not mandatory. Check out the travel section for different accommodation options.

Is the reception at the same location?

Yes, the ceremony and reception are on the same property. If the weather cooperates, the ceremony will be in the courtyard, dinner will be in the greenhouse and the reception will be in the barn.

How can I get to/from the venue?

There will be a shuttle from America's Best Value Inn New Paltz. There is also parking available at the venue. Cars can be left overnight and picked up the next morning. Please note that ubers are extremely limited/non-existent in the area so please plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive and where do I go?

Please arrive to the venue no later than 4:45 so you have time to find your seat before the ceremony starts at 5:00. When you arrive, make your way towards the large white barn/greenhouse and staff will be there to direct you to the ceremony area.

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our friends and family get fancy with us! Our attire will be formal/black tie with a fun garden theme twist. Think floor length or midi length formal gowns, pantsuits, tuxedos or a formal suit and tie. We love color, so have fun with it! We kindly ask please no jeans, flipflops or white gowns. Will there be an open bar?

Yes! Drinks are on us!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Our ceremony will be unplugged. We kindly ask that all guests refrain from using their phones during the ceremony. Feel free to take plenty of photos during cocktail hour and reception!

Are children invited?

We love them all so much! Due to limited space, we respectfully request that you keep your children at home!
